" She designed a life she loved. She took the leap and built her wings on the way down. She remained true to herself
to celebrate her authenticity."

Design has become a huge part of my life and business. When we built our house in 2016, I fell in love with the design aspect of everything. From what materials we wanted to incorporate inside to how I was going to decorate every space once we got our keys. It has been a long and fun journey figuring out what I like and don't like. I am so excited to start down this new path to help others achieve the look they have always imagined when it comes to the design of their home.

When we first got into the house I went back and forth when it came to how I wanted to decorate. I knew I was going to spend a lot of time at our house and wanted to make sure that space reflected our personalities and was also very welcoming. Initially, when deciding

which direction I wanted to point my home design in I turned to the pros. I cyber stalked so many amazing interior designers on Instagram and Pinterest and I  binge watched my favorite HGTV show with Joanna and Chip Gaines. At first, I decided to lean toward mid century modern. Sharp and clean edges with pops of metal and natural wood. That quickly changed considering the layout of our house. I had to regroup all of my ideas and choose a different style. I ended up going with modern industrial farmhouse look. Neutral tones, galvanized metal, reclaimed wood, and WHITE! I love white. Considering that our house is a great size, but very narrow, white has been perfect.
